Girls summer dress. Your little girl will fall in love with the beautiful dress! It's made from soft knit fabric and features a beautiful summer floral featuring pinks and red. This print was custom made just for Upper Looper! The flutter sleeves add a sweet touch. The dress had no closures. It simply slips over the head for easy dressing. The circle skirt is perfect for twirling. Just ask my daughters! This is one of their favorite dress styles. The skirt hits just at the knee.
